What is your sample cost policy ?

We normally charge a fee for making samples because it costs us money to make them. We have to pay for things like materials, engineering and testing.. If you decide to place a big order with us later we will give you your money back. We do this so that we can work together fairly and make sure you are happy with the product before you buy a lot of them.

As a gas hob manufacturer in China we have a way of making samples. When you ask us for a sample and tell us what you need our engineers and production team will look at your request carefully. We will make sure we can make what you want. Then we will make the sample just for you. We might have to make some changes to things like the burners, the material or the safety features.

Making samples is a step because it helps us make sure we understand what you want. So we make sure our samples are accurate and work well.
