What is the lead time for gas hob samples ?

For exsisting models, the sample preparation time is usually about 7 days, because the product structure, materials and production process are mature. That means our engineering and production teams can quickly set up materials, verify specs and move on to sample assembly and testing in a fairly short time frame.

For new product developments the sample preparation process normally takes about 21 days. That’s because new models often require more steps like design validation, structural changes, procuring components, building prototypes and testing performance. At this stage all technical details are carefully checked to ensure that the sample meets performance requirements and the expectations of the client before final approval.

If mold build up is needed, the overall lead time will be longer, typically 30-45 days. The mold-making process involves design analysis , mold engineering , machining , trial production and a series of optimization steps to ensure precision and durability . The mold has to be tested and approved completely before stable sample production can be started.
