How to ship samples and bulk goods? When it comes to shipping samples and bulk goods in international trade, there are several transportation options available. It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Usually we can ship within 7-15 days for small quantity,and about 30 days , for large quantity.

Poor quality safety device.--- If the safety device is not good quality, the spring of the solenoid valve does not return to its original position or the coil of the solenoid vale is burnt. It will take long time for the safety device to cut off the gas . CHEFF pay much attention on the safety of the gas hob, all the safety device we used are high quality types. The safety device can cut off the gas in 5-15 seconds . It much less than the universal standard . 

(1) No gas supply --If the gas hob cannot igniting,please check whether there is gas supply. Turn on the gas cylinder and make sure the flexible gas hose is not blocked.(2) Spark electrode was damaged ,dirty or out of position-- The spark electrode produces spark to ignite the gas, please make sure it is in good condition, clean and in right position(the distance between the spark pin and flame hole should be around 3.5-5mm).

For existing models , usually need 7 days to prepare the sample . For new product , it will require about  21 days . If need develop mold , the delivery time will be 30 days-45 days .

CHEFF ignition valves can be ignited more than 50,000 times. They will be strictly tested before shipment.

We usually charge for sample cost from customer. The sample charge will return back to customer after place mass order in future.
