Sample Policy Guidelines

We normally charge a fee for making samples because it costs us money to make them — materials, engineering and testing. If you decide to place a big order with us later, we will give your sample fee back. Our engineers will look at your request carefully, adjust details like burners, material or safety features, and test every sample for safety and durability before shipment. This way you can be sure the product is right before you buy in volume.

For existing models, sample preparation usually takes about 7 days. For new product developments, it normally takes about 21 days — including design validation, structural changes, prototyping and performance testing. If mold building is needed, the lead time is typically 30–45 days. We keep customers updated regularly during the whole process.

Yes. Samples will be provided after we receive your clear and detailed requirements — specifications, dimensions, materials, burner configuration, safety standards, packaging, and any customization you need. We support OEM/ODM, including branding customization through logo printing, private labeling, packaging design and instruction manual adjustments. Each sample is tested for performance, durability and safety before we send it.
